Zapata Renovations is an Oak Creek, veteran-owned, Christian-based family home renovation business. Started by two brothers, Mario Zapata and Chris Zapata, they bring strong values of integrity, transparency, military precision, and quality craftsmanship to each of their home remodeling projects.

With over 25 years of experience, they’re committed to delivering high-quality workmanship, gained through years of hard work and hands-on experience. Starting at a young age in the trades, they’ve done everything from roofing to union carpentry before focusing entirely on helping homeowners with their bathroom remodels, kitchen remodels, basement remodels, and entire home renovation projects.

We’re based in Oak Creek and also serve homeowners throughout Southeastern Wisconsin, including Franklin, New Berlin, Milwaukee, Cudahy, Greenfield, and other nearby suburbs. We offer free estimates as part of our in-person walkthroughs and work with you to bring your dream home to life. We’re happy to see and implement your ideas or show you examples of what we’ve done, along with our expert recommendations.
